Sales & Customer Service

-Qualifications-

 

Minimum 5+ GCSE Grade A*-C
Desirable:
A Level or HND 
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
Knowledge of Microsoft Word 
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Point

-Skills-

The ideal candidate should be able to show their ability to:
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues and go the extra mile.
• Maintain a positive and customer friendly attitude to give a positive impression of yourself and the company.
• Be able to take and understand instructions.
• Promote the company's products and services to customers by making telephone calls to customers.
• Organise the seminars in our demo room for the promotion of our products.
• Process information about customers.
• Live up to customer service promise and improve customer relationship.
• Deal with customer queries, requests and problems.
• Work with external sales team

-Job Specification-

• As a sales organisation, the candidate will learn all aspects of using the Sage Line 50 modules, for the smooth and effective processing of customer orders.
• Customer - for sales order processing.
• Supplier - for purchase order processing relevant to the sales order 
• Product - maintenance of the product records to ensure the correct information and up to date information is available on the system.
• Sales - contact customer re promotional campaigns, work with external sales team helping to book appointments.
• Seminars - arrange in house seminars contacting customers, suppliers and sorting any promotional information.
• Products - learning of the company's product lines.

 


Accountant - PA

-Qualifications-

-Job Specification-

• As a sales organisation, the candidate will learn all aspects of using the Sage Line 50 modules, for the smooth and effective running of the business.
• Customer - including sales order processing through to invoice production and credit control.
• Supplier - including purchase order processing through to matching supplier invoices onto our ledger and payment of suppliers.
• Bank - banking procedures and reconciliation.
• Product - maintenance of the product records to ensure the correct information and up to date information is available on the system.
• Finance/Company & Assets - journals, trial balance and VAT returns, EC Sales return.


Merchandiser

-Qualifications-

Mandatory - Previous buying experience
Desirable - Graduate calibre

Drive profitable sales through the development of insight led innovative and competitive assortments for Kaisertech customers which deliver the category plan.

-Main Responsibilities-

• Negotiate and agree cost of goods with suppliers, set the retail selling price in alignment with our pricing policies.
• Select branded product ranges which optimise sales and profitability.
• Select and develop appropriate Kaisertech products which optimise sales and profitability, working in collaboration with Brand Development & Technologists. 
• Ensure optimum availability of assortments to Kaisertech through accurate forecasting and provisioning. 
• Select, plan and put forward appropriate offers for promotional space in line with the product and marketing plan.
• Recoup all money owed from suppliers.
• Maintain awareness of market dynamics and technological developments and provide appropriate insight across our business.
• Regularly check quality of assortment and ensure appropriate action is taken with suppliers in response to product benchmarking, merchandise complaints and customer feedback.
• Create & maintain a 'live' personal development plan and support reportees in their own personal development.
