    JBC T245-NA Nitrogen Feed Soldering Iron Handpiece 50W

     

     

    This JBC T245N Nitrogen General Purpose Handle allows you to create an inert atmosphere, removing the oxygen, therefore, minimising oxidisation during solder joint formation.

    This handpiece provides higher soldering quality with improved wetting and slightly better productivity. It also allows using milder fluxes.

     

    Supplied with:

    • Two different nozzles (B7244 & B7968)

     

    This handle requires:

    • DNS Stand
    • MN/MNE Nitrogen Regulator & its corresponding Control Unit
    • GN Nitrogen Generator Module if nitrogen supply is not available at customers workbench.

     

    Compatible with C245 Cartridge Range, which are easily replaceable by using JBC Quick Cartridge Extractor.

    What is the difference between the different versions of the T245 Handles?

    With the JBC T245 general purpose handles, there are a number of variations. Each has a different use, which are as follows:

    • T245-A – Your general purpose soldering iron
    • T245-D – Again a general purpose soldering iron, however this is the non-slip grip variant
    • T245-NA – This version is a nitrogen iron variant with a nitrogen feed
    • T245-PA – A general purpose iron with a blue grip, allowing for easy distinguishability from other handles in your workplace.

    What stations do the T245 handpieces work with?

    T245 general purpose soldering tools work with the following JBC stations:

    • DI, DDE and DME control units – when used with the ADS stand.
    • Both versions of CD station – CD-2SF & CD-2BF.
    • CDEB Soldering Assistant Stations.
