JBC MN-A Nitrogen Flow Regulator For DIU
JBC MN-A Nitrogen Flow Regulator For DIU
Nitrogen enhances the quality of any solder joint as it supplies extra heat and assists to prevent tip oxidation.
In order for the MNE-A to function, it requires the GN-A generator or an available nitrogen supply at the operator´s bench.
Key Features:
- The MN-A regulates nitrogen flow to the soldering tip in order to increase intake.
- It works with the DIU Control Unit
When you remove the Nitrogen Handle (T210-NA or T245-NA) from the stand, the MNE-A automatically activates the flow.
When the tool is placed back, the flow stops and the tip temperature decreases to the sleep mode.
Features and Connections
The MN is an electrovalve controlled by the soldering station that allows you to solder with nitrogen with a minimum gas consumption.
Once the MN-A (Nitrogen Flow Regulator) has been connected to the Control Unit, enter into the Station Settings menu and switch on the Nitrogen Mode.
