The JBC PHBE is the best solution for preheating big multilayer PCBAs, and it works with convection technology.

It allows gradual heating up, reducing risk of thermal shock in the substrate and components, and to work with lower temperature on components connected to ground planes.

It features, along with the power and temperature mode, a powerful functionality of profiles to perform rework tasks. Temperature is sensed with an external thermocouple and the heat is autoregulated by the console, capable of storing up to 25 different profiles. 

Connecting up to 4 external TCs provides a high-precise close-loop control of the component/PCBA during the heating process. It can also be used to protect a component or a specific area of the PCBA. 

It has 2 independent work zones that define a heating area of 180x277 or 360x277 mm (7.1x10.9 or 14.2x10.9 in).
