Great station. The tips are super efficient and the tweezers are the best I’ve used and even remove the larger surface mount components on heavy earth tracks. Only ever had to use it at 350 c and it’s so good.
There is a but however!
I have found that the tips do not line up length wise very well and it takes a lot of messing around to get them level. I have to pull one of the cartridges out slightly (1mm or so) in order for the ends of the cartridges to be level. Have tried it with both pairs of the tweezers cartridges provided and the same issue persists.
Kaisertech we’re happy for me to send in the tweezers to be looked at but it’s something I can live with for now.
The tweezers would now and again produce an open circuit error and I would have to take out the tips and put them back in again and restart the station.
Looking under a scope where the cartridges plug in I can see that one side is poorly manufactured. I’m not sure if I have just landed a bad pair.
Anyway that aside they are still the most efficient tweezers I have tried and I have tried Metcal and Hakko but these JBC ones just leave the rest standing.
This station is fantastic .I mainly use the tweezers and iron on Apple MacBook Logic boards and it has no problems at all.

Ordered via Jack Tumbridge after a discussion on this or the NANE and the NASE it was. These are the best on the market for nano rework. Full of features that assist on many levels. Heat profiles are a must for some of the work I do and with the graphic feature this really helps out in my case. The precision level you can achieve with the hand piece and and short cartridge reach makes for steady work, and with the hot swap cartridge feature, fast work. Thermal recovery is exceptional and with such a small cartridge impressive to say the least. But these are just some of the benefits this unit offers. Besides the product the service level from Kaisertech is excellent. Ordered and delivered as stated and that's a rare trait these days.

JBC NASE-2C Nano Rework Station has proven to be a fantastic investment. I solder a lot of 01005 and this machine has more than paid for itself in the short I have owned it. Delivery was next day and I will be buying a lot more equipment from Kaisertech. Thank you
