JBC FAE1H Fume Extractor

FAE1H is the best solution to avoid exposure to solder fumes where extremely high air purification is required. FAE1H only operates when the operator is soldering and features a unique intergrated vacuum system.

It consists of FAE1110 Pre-Filter and FAE1200 Filter (HEPA H14 + Carbon) the most efficient in particle retention. This three-layered system achieves a certified efficiency of 99.995% in filtering soldering fumes, meeting EN 1822 standards.

Key Features

• FAE1H can be controlled via JBC Stations, a pedal, a robotic system or a PC.
• FAE1H provides direct connection of up to 4 soldering or rework stations with a total of 4 tools.
• It has 3 predefined levels of aspiration: low, medium and high. It also features a custom mode where the airflow can be set within the minimum (10%) and maximum rates (100%).
