Interflux Purgel Cleaner Conditioner Iwashita 30cc Syringe
The Interflux Purgel is designed to purge, clean and condition dispensing valves, pumps and jetting systems without the inconvenience of equipment disassembly. This is used when changing between products or for equipment being idle more than 8 hours or as the product in use, dictates.
It conditions dispensing valves, pumps and jetter parts for long storage and maintains readiness for a next operation.

Cleaning the dispensing system:
- Replace the current syringe with a Purgel syringe.
- Purge the dispense valve system until only the Purgel, a uniform blue transparent coloured material comes out.
- The cleaning and conditioning operation is finished. Equipment may be shut down.
Taking the dispensing system back into operation:
- Replace the Purgel syringe with a syringe of the material to be used.
- Purge the dispense valve system until only the material intended for use comes out.
- Ready for use.
Storage
Purgel has a shelf life of 2 years when stored in original containers at ambient temperatures (5°C - 32°C).
