Airbench AT Airtower

The AT range of Airbench air cleaners are free-standing towers, designed for purification of factory air on a large scale.

Designed for facilities where dust or welding fumes are generated, but existing extraction is leaving residual contaminants in the air. The AirTower provides additional air cleaning to assist your LEV system, running quietly in the background of daily tasks.

AT works by drawing dirty air in through the top of the unit; passing through 2 stages of filtration, and returning clean air to the room at low level.

AT systems are ideal for large fabrication plants and are also suitable for stone masonry and similar environments.

Applications

• Design to clean factory air where local exhaust ventilation is insufficient.
• Suitable for welding fume; grinding dust; stone and other similar dusts.

Removes background dust from workspace - Tower design captures dust floating at high level before it can descend to the breathing zone.

Filter options - Two standard filtration options - standard F7 grade or PTFE coated H13 grade, for weld fume and hazardous dusts.

Pulse clean filtration - Filters can be cleaned automatically or manually using compressed air blasts to dislodge dust.

Clean air exhaust - Clean air is returned at low level driving contaminated air upwards for capture Improves heating costs due to airflow of warm air rising and being exhausted at work level.
