Vision Engineering's EVO CAM AURA - New Digital Microscope Range
Vision Engineering's EVO Cam AURA - Digital Microscope
The EVO Cam AURA is the latest generation of digital microscope by Vision Engineering. It combines outstanding image quality with integrated inspection, measurement and reporting within one versatile system.
Designed for inspection, rework and quality control applications, EVO Cam AURA allows the operator to move seamlessly between viewing and analysing a component through to measurement and documented results.
There are many integrated features with the AURA, such as focus stacking, image comparison, customisable presets, annotations and measurement tools, which help to deliver consistent and repeatable inspection across both operators and workstations.
The EVO Cam AURA is available inb 3 models, with a choice of objectives, lighting, stands and control options, which creates an inspection system specifically tailored to your needs.

EVO Cam Aura 4K Touch
4K imaging with touchscreen control for detailed inspection and configurable workflows.

EVO Cam Aura 4K
4K imaging with front button keypad control for detailed inspection where physical controls are preferred.

EVO Cam Aura HD
1080p imaging with front button keypad control for responsive live inspection, assembly and rework tasks.
Why Choose EVO Cam AURA?
Outstanding Image Quality - 4K resolution for detailed inspection
All-In-One Inspection - Inspect, measure, annotate and document without a PC
Repeatable Results - Save presets and reproduce inspection settings across operators
Integrated Measurement - Calibrated measurement tools built directly into the AURA
Flexible Configuration - Choice of objectives, illumination, stands, and control interfaces
Inspection Documentation - Capture images with measurements, annotations, metadata and timestamps
Ideal For Electronics Inspection - Where component density makes every joint count

With the continual reduction in component sizes and boards, image resolution has become an increasingly integral feature of any vision system used in electronic environments. 4K imagery resolves solder joints, component spacing, and pad geometry at the detail level that SMT inspection demands.
The AURA's large optical zoom covers board-level overviewand the close inspection of miniature components such as 0201, without needing to change lens.
Focus stacking captures depth across uneven PCB assemblies within a single image. Annotated images with timestamps support verification record and rework documentation on your system.
