ESD set including anti-static wristband with anti-allergenic fabric and coiled cord stud to stud.
A crocheted lightweight anti-allergy wrist strap designed to be worn in an EPA to ensure path to ground. Must be used in combination with a grounding cord and bonding plug to ensure operator is grounded. Wristband features adjustable camlock style closure.
Anti-allergy is designed for people who suffer from allergic reactions to standard anti-static wrist straps.
A good quality stud to stud coiled earth lead that supplies a strong connection to ground. The cord can be stretched and recoiled back to its original length, assisting to keep a clear, efficient and comfortable working space. All snaps have 1 meg-ohm safety resistor.
Both are designed to be worn in an ESD working area and is important when handling components or assembling parts in an EPA. Wearing this will prevent the build-up of static on the operators body, which protects any electrical equipment that is being handled from being damaged.

Ground Lead Extend-ability

Band Construction
Constructed using premium crochet fabric band with elastic ratio of 1:2.5" to 1.3".
Outer surface is non-conductive and inner surface of the strap shall be conductive, lined with 5-rows of double-ply Silver yarn

Interior Cuff Resistance ≤ 100 kilo ohms at 7 to 30 volts dc open circuit
Breakaway Force
1 to 5 lbs of pull away force is required to disconnect snap into normal direction
Wrist Strap Life Test
When stretched to 200%, band returns to its normal length after 20,000 cycles.
