Introducing the updated HP series of digital torque meter from HIOS. With improved display and added connectivity, this is the perfect way to measure the torque rating of your electric screwdrivers or torque wrenches with incredibly high accuracy.
*Both the HP-10 and HP-100 become available to us from 21st Nov. If an order is placed before this date, the customer can expect to receive their torque meter in early December

Display & Measurement Modes
With the new HP torque meters from HIOS, the torque value can be displayed in either the new waveform or in the traditional PASS/FAIL judgement setting. Check out more about each of these displays below.


1 - TR1 (Torque Waveform)
Waveform displays fluctuations in torque from the start to the end of measurement. The maximum torque value is displayed as a fixed numerical value – with the measurement being terminated once the load is out of range.


2 - TR2 (Continuous Torque Waveform)
The value of the load applied is displayed, even if the load is outside the measurement range. This allows the waveform data to be measured continuously. When using this mode you cannot use the PASS/FAIL judgement.


3 - PEAK
This mode will display the highest actual torque detected during measurement. When CCW is selected, the minus sign is displayed.


More Connected Than Ever Before
As standard the HP-100 has the data transfer function included, both through wired or wireless communication.
The HP series settings can also be controlled through an external control device. This allows improved functionality, usability, thresholds, and mode changes.

Collection & Accumulation Of Measurement Data
The measured data is transferred to the PC and easily collected and communicated through the application. This data can also be exported to a CSV file to be used for evaluation and analysis tools.
