The ALEP250 Auto-Feed Soldering Iron is designed for high-volume industrial soldering applications, specifically where operator comfort, precision and productivity are essential. Its ergonomic grip-style design helps reduce operator strain, making it ideal for repetitive soldering tasks over extended periods.
The trigger-actuated automatic solder feed allows the operator to control the solder supply with one hand, leaving the other free for accurate component positioning and handling.
Ideal for applications where consistent solder delivery and repeatable results are required. The ALEP250 combines comfortable handling with precise, controlled solder feeding.
Compatible with JBC C250 and extended-life C250E Soldering Tip Ranges, and suitable for solder wire diameters from 0.4 to 1.8mm depending on the nozzle installed.
Works exclusively with the ALE Automatic-Feed Soldering Control Unit.
