The B·IRON DUAL NANO is a battery-powered soldering station, offering the highest precision solution for the smallest of components and hard-to-reach areas.
Included are 2 B·NANO tools, which are lightweight and ergonomic for soldering SMDs requiring the highest precision.
The tools can provide up to 120 small SMD soldering joints per charge, working exclusively with the C115 tip range.
This station includes all JBCs exclusive heat management technology, such as fast temperature recovery (reaching 350ºC in under 3 seconds) and sleep and hibernation modes.
The stand also includes a quick cartridge exchange system, which makes cartridge exchange simple & safe.
Key Features Of The B·IRON DUAL NANO
Battery Powered
A cleverly configured battery-powered system with a charger built directly into the stand. This fully charges the tool while it is resting in hibernation (helping to also prevent oxidation).
Safety Cap
Included with all tools is a safety cap, allowing the tool to enter power-safe mode. This means the B·NANO remains idle but ready to use for up to an hour (after which it needs to return to the stand to be reactivated).
Nano Handle
B·IRON Dual NANO comes with two B·NANO tools. These have the following features:
- Each perform up to 120 small SMD solder joints per charge
- Power safe mode when capped
- Weighs only 32g per tool – making it perfectly designed for performing precision tasks in comfort.

Cartridge Range
The B·NANO works with the C115 tip range. This has over 30 different tip shapes, which means there is always the perfect tip for specific soldering demands. This varies from the tiny components to even the most complex of assembly requirements.
