The DT530 is the ideal tool for desoldering through-hole components and removing the excess solder after any SMD rework applications. Max power of the tool is 160W.
The tool is both lightweight and ergonomic, which reduces fatigue on the operator when used for extended periods. This makes using the tool far more comfortable and efficient.
It also includes a new tip-locking mechanism that allows for safe tip exchange and prevention of accidental dropping.
Couple the tool with the DDE or DME control units and the new MSE-B electric desoldering module.
Features Of The DT530


Powerful suction
The DT530 uses the newly updated MSE-B desoldering module. This allows the tool to reach a suction force of 85kPa for seamless solder removal. Superior suction integrity is also achieved due to improved airtightness, which provides reliable desoldering.


Temperature Stability
Thermal consistency is achieved in under one minute, which provides an increase in manufacturing reliability. Enhanced quick heating and thermal stability means a reduction in downtime and temperatures can consistently be maintained.


Simple Maintenance
The solder collector can be changed without the need to turn the station off. This provides a seamless process that reduces downtime and keeps your tool in the perfect condition for extended periods of use.


Comfort & Control
The DT530 has an angled design that allows for comfortable and efficient working, even when under magnification. You can use the DT530 in either hand, with an ergonomic grip that minimises stress on the wrist.
Cartridge Range
Tool works with JBCs new D530 cartridge range. This caters for through-hole desoldering or pad cleaning - with internal diameters of 0.6 - 3mm (0.024 - 0.118in).
