The HPC413 is a high precision small oval cutter. Its geometry provides an excellent resistance, with the head dimensions allowing the cutter easy access into tightly compacted areas.
The semi-flush cutting edge provides robust cuts where required.
Equipped with the new ESD Ergo-Tek SLIM handle, allowing excellent grip, suitable to EPA environments and for working with components that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge.
