The HPC431 is a high precision small tapered and relieved cutter. Its geometry provides an excellent resistance, with the head dimensions allowing the cutter easy access into tightly compacted areas.
The full-flush cutting edge suitable for performing very clean cuts on small size material.
Equipped with the new ESD Ergo-Tek SLIM handle, allowing excellent grip, suitable to EPA environments and for working with components that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge.
