JBC R245015 Barrel Cartridge Ø1

This barrel cartridge is designed for use in automated soldering processes - fitting the TR245 and TRA245 Automatic General Soldering tools. These tools are used with the HA245 or HM245 Soldering robots.

Suited for connector soldering purposes, being perfect for both THT and SMT cable soldering. The R245015 is also appropriate for applications with high-power requirements such as ground plane soldering.

The design features a square cross-section that allows perfect centralisation of the cartridge in the soldering iron. This in turn ensures accurate vertical positioning.

The cartridge can also be placed or used in 4 different positions - which can be changed in steps of 90º.

JBC Tips have a long life with excellent durability and great heat transfer. They offer instant heat-up, increasing efficiency and productivity.
