This grooved chisel cartridge is designed for use in automated soldering processes - fitting the TR245 and TRA245 Automatic General Soldering tools. These tools are used with the HA245 or HM245 Soldering robots.
R245L range has a longer and sharper design, which allows the tip easier access on hard-to-reach applications.
The design features a square cross-section that allows perfect centralisation of the cartridge in the soldering iron. This in turn ensures accurate vertical positioning.
R245023 can also be placed or used in 4 different positions - which can be changed in steps of 90º.
JBC Tips have a long life with excellent durability and great heat transfer. They offer instant heat-up, increasing efficiency and productivity.
