This straightening panel handles the full, wide array of lead pitches, from 0.4mm clear, all the way up to 1.0mm. There are 46 different QFP patterns allowing your to reshape the leads of your QFP components with ease.
Perfect for recovery of expensive QFP, TQFP and LQFP components.
This tool is an essential for PCB work, and perfect for quality control departments. You can verify pin count, chip body size and even the pitch of unknown QFP components.
The construction of the template is a heavy-duty, conductive1.27mm thick stainless steel design. There are also 5mm deep etched recessed patterns which precisely match the leads of many QFP/LQFP/TQFP chips.

Utilising this tool is quick and simple, requiring just a steady hand and a standard hand tool such as a toothpick or a pair of tweezers. You can then easily adjust the leads to line up with the corresponding template slots on the tool.
