Simco's orION Air Nozzle and Controller provides a reliable and high quality performance in a compact compressed air nozzle. Designed for operation in fixed applications on manufacturing lines, equipment, and tool applications in the telecommunications, consumer electronics, semiconductor and medical device manufacturing industries.
This product features high blow-off force capability combined with fast removal of electrostatic surface charge.
Dependable balance stability is maintained at better than ±15V. An easily replaceable 0.01-micron particle filter is positioned at the nozzle air exit to provide highest assurance that clean air is delivered to sensitive product.

Ideal for "Point-of-Use" Ionization.
The lightweight & ergononic gun hose allows the operator to point the gun nozzle directly at the target on final electronic assembly stations.
Strong blow-off power also effectively removes particle contamination.
orION With Sidekick Flexible Neck Stand
Options included with the Sidekick, flexible neck stand and a foot switch to activate the orION nozzle.
The switch connects to the power supply and when depressed, activates both airflow and power to the ion emitter assembly. A red LED on nozzle indicates power.
orION With Optical Sensor
All models of the orION are available with an Optical Sensor, which activates the nozzle automatically when an object is in range. The Optical Sensor has an "adjustable range" from 1-30 inches.
