Purex Pulse Jet is designed to meet the needs of high-volume, high-speed production operations. Traditional extraction technologies struggle to sustain effective filtration at rates more than 30,000 codes per minute.
To address this issue, Purex developed the Pulse Jet (PPJ) technology, which offers consistent performance, dependable filtration, and uninterrupted productivity even in intense working situations.
The Purex Pulse Jet clears filters using compressed air, trapping most particles in a collection pan for safe disposal. The system utilizes F9 filters capable of filtering particles as small as 0.9 micron. Purex Pulse Jet uses compressd air to clear filters, capturing the bulk of particles in a collection tray for safe disposal. The system uses F9 filters, capable of filtering upto 0.9 microns
