Board Description: An advanced SMD kit that will put your machine through its paces. Included are a variety of fine-pitch parts from 0.4mm pitch. Components are all packaged on tape and reel for machine runs. Single packed boards are also available for manual assembly.
Board Description: Four mounting sites for 28mm QFP components. These boards are double sided with the same mounting sites on both sides. You are given 4 different lead pitches: 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.65mm and 0.8mm. Experience the difference in levels as you progress towards the 0.4mm pitch.
Board Description: Guaranteed to push your soldering and vision equipment to its limits, with four mounting sites for 28mm QFP256 components – for placement and solder practice. Double sided, with both sides having the same mounting sites, QFP256 with 0.4mm pitch.
Board Description: A very popular package, with 0.5mm pitch for practice assembly. Components are provided on tape and reel with 4 mounting sites on the board for 28mm QFP components. Double sided board with both sides having the same mounting sites.
What Are QFP Components?
Quad Flat Pack Components (QFP) are four sided, with gull wing leads that extend from all 4 sides of the chip. They are surface mounted integrated circuit packages, with the standard form being a leaded plastic package.
These packages can have a variety of lead counts, varying from 44, all the way up to over 240.
