Sahara Forced Ventilation ovens for PCB and electronic board backing according to Jedec 033 and IPC 1602 standards.

Forced ventilation ovens are available in 2 models: with temperature control only (Sahara) and also with humidity control (Sahara Dry).

They are designed to perform the following works:

1. PCB Baking (IPC  1602) - PCBs should be baked at 105–125°C for 4-6 hours in a forced ventilation oven. All ovens feature a programmable timer with start-up and countdown functions to ensure proper baking time and prevent oxidation.
2. SMD Baking (J-STD-033) - SMD components can be baked at 40°C, 90°C, or 125°C. For 40°C and 90°C (<5% RH required), Sahara Dry ovens with humidity control are recommended. Baking time depends on MSL, package type, and thickness - up to 79 day (40°C), 10 days (90°C), or 96 hours (125°C). Proper baking restores the components’ original floor life.
3. Thermal Cycling - Sahara ovens can run programmable thermal cycles (PC-editable)for testing or controlled heating/cooling with adjustable temperature gradients.
