High Purity Solder Pellets
Alloy - Sn99.3Cu0.5Ag0.3
Melting Point - 217ºC
SAC0307 is manufactured using only high purity virgin materials which results in a low drossing, fast wetting solder.
The liquidus temperature is 227°C and has a recommended temperature range of 260-265°C.
SAC0307 solder alloy is compatible with all major brands of no clean and water soluble electronic grade fluxes.
SolderKing SAC0307 exceeds the requirements of IPC J-STD-006C.
SAC0307 is available as Pellets, Bar Solder and Solder Wire.
