Supercut/RP Component Lead Cutter
Supercut/RP – Cutter For Taped Radial Component Leads
Component cutting machine designed for the purpose of cutting the leads from taped radial components. This machine allows for the form of curls on the components. This allows the components to remain spaced and locked in on the PCB. This helps to make the assembly operations easier.
The machine can be supplied with non-standard preforming curls (see table below).
The Supercut/RP is pneumatic, with the leads of the components being introduced into the slot on the front of the machine. The process is then automated thanks to the motorised automatic feeding system.
