Superform/AF – Former & Cutter For Axial Components – Lead Diameters 0.5-0.8mm
This machine is designed for the cutting, bending, and preforming of axial components. The Superform/AF is an innovative preforming system that is fully mechanical. This allows the rotation of the central feed to stop whilst the preforming assemblies grip and preform the leads to the chosen die.
The components are cut and then “U bent” to the dimensions selected. This process is fully adjustable.
Also possible to exclude part of the preforming operation, by only cutting and U-bending the component leads.
