Superform/AP – Component Cutter & Former

The Superform/AP is a component cutter and former, designed for the bending and cutting of axial taped components – specifically for vertical assembly, along with shaping a curl on the end of each lead.

This machine can handle wire diameters between 1 – 1.4mm with a production rate of up to 20,000 pcs/hr.

To obtain a U-shape without curls you need to replace the 2 cutting/forming wheels with 2 only cutting wheels.
