Vigon RC101 is specifically developed and designed to remove all types of baked-on flux residues from reflow ovens and wave soldering systems. This effective product reliably removes re-condensed fluxes from assemblies with increased cleaning performance.

• VIGON® RC 101 has a mild formulation with a low alkaline pH-value.
• Excellent material compatibility with aluminum and epoxy surfaces.
• Suitable for pre-cleaning of condensation traps.
• VIGON® RC 101 has no flash point thereby can be directly applied onto cold or warm surfaces (30 – 40°C/86 –104°F).
• The cleaning agent doesn’t contain any ingredients that could leave behind residues on the oven surfaces. This avoids harmful condensation on the assembly surfaces after restarts.
• Due to the short soaking time, a quick and efficient cleaning process can be achieved and long machine downtimes can be avoided.
• Reduced cleaning agent consumption compared to IPA
