Star106 Vacuum Sealing Machine Bench Top/Freestanding Probe Type with 600mm Jaws

The Star 106 is a bench mounted or free standing probe type vacuum sealer.

With both jaws heated it can seal most modern barrier materials such as foils and nylon laminates up to 900mm in width.

Manual and automatic vacuum clamp jaws are available with either solenoid or pneumatic sealing jaw operation.

A range of vacuum pumps is available between 6 and 15m3/h.

The vacuum cycle can be manual, automatically timed or programmed to a pre-set level.

As the product is not placed inside a chamber there is no limit to the maximum product length.

The machine can be finished in either powder coated mild steel or stainless steel for more corrosive

The Star 106 is available with four different seal cycle controllers:
The MkVI offers weld and cool control to the nearest 1/10th of a second and has a built in program to help counteract the effects of heat build-up during rapid cycling.

The innovative MkVI C has weld and cool control to the nearest °C. Adjustment is made by the keypad with an LCD readout of the settings.

The keys can also be locked to prevent unauthorised alteration. 

If more accurate controls are required, the Star ARTICS and Medical controllers also allow the element to ramp up to a weld temperature and be held for a time.

Cooling time or temperature and element preheat are also included.

This allows for a perfect weld to be achieved every cycle.

All settings are password protected and the board allows up to 8 different sets of parameters to be programmed.

Alarm parameters can be set to give operational tolerances; seal cycle data storage is available with a Medical controller.

The Star 106 range of industrial vacuum sealers machines are available in a bench mounted or free-standing format.

Before sealing, a vacuum probe extends into the bag and evacuates the air without the need to place the product inside a vacuum chamber. So, there is no limit as to the maximum product length.

Star vacuum sealing machines are favoured in food packing applications and also in the electronics sector where a good quality vacuum seal is required. However, special purpose vacuum machines have also been produced for the chemical and agricultural sectors
