County EVO Component Counter

The County EVO is the ideal cost-efficient product for the counting of SMD reel components, Axial bandoliered components, and Radial taped components.

The worktop can be added to this machine which features two easy insertion pins with an adaptable clutch. This requires at least one handle for rewinding the reels. To speed up the counting operations and following rewinding of the SMD components there is an option to add the aluminium empty reel if required.

Works in two different ways; Totaliser or Pre-set mode.

Totaliser: Components are totalled from a reference of zero, tape feed is motorised, and the counter automatically stops when it reaches the subsequent component.

Pre-set Mode: The required component amount is entered on the keyboard and the counter automatically stops when it gets to the corresponding component. The graphic display provides easy operation by the help of interactive messages.
