The Hios BLG-5000BC1 is a Lever start type electric screwdriver with an output torque range of between 0.2-1.2 Nm. It also has an included screwcounter, helping to prevent you from overlooking tightening errors!
This driver also uses an antistatic body case, aiding in preventing the generation of static electricity, ideal for assembling electronic parts or other precision based equipment.
Features Of The Built In BC1 Screwcounter:
The BC1 stops the operator from overlooking any tightening errors. It supports accurate screw tightening and reduces operator fatigue. There is no need for any external screwcounter with a BLG-BC1 screwdriver, making this a low cost and space saving inclusion to your production line.

| ON/OFF Counter | Turn off the counter and use the screwdriver as an ordinary BLG4000 - Ability to connect your own counter to it. |
| Count | Set the number of counting screws from 1-99. This can help to prevent screw tightening skipping. |
| Work Reset Timer | Be notified of the completion of your tightening through a buzzer. The counter will then be reset. |
| Count Timer | Prevent incorrect counting errors from tightening for verification, retightening ro double tightening. |
| Reverse Rotation Counter Timer | Set the timer to start counting reverse rotations (loosenings) also. |
| Over-Time/Short-Time | Detect faulty tightening hilst in use, including incomplete tightening, jamming, cam-out, stripped screws and more |
| Accumulation Counter | The total number of torque-up is counted. |
