JBC B·IRON REWORK Station - Dual Battery-Powered Rework Set-Up
The B·IRON Rework station provides both the highest precision and flexibility when reworking SMDs.
Included with this wireless rework set-up are the B·TWEEZERS, and the B·NANO, which both work with the C115 tip range.
This battery-powered rework station offers the most ergonomic experience, especially for R&D, where the user might be moving from station to station.
This station includes all JBC's exclusive heat management technology, such as fast temperature recovery (reaching 350ºC in under 3 seconds) and sleep and hibernation modes.
The stand also includes a quick cartridge exchange system, which makes cartridge exchange simple & safe.
Key Features Of The B·IRON Rework Station
Battery Powered
A cleverly configured battery-powered system with a charger built directly into the stand. This fully charges the tool while it is resting in hibernation (helping to also prevent oxidation).
Tweezer Tool
B·IRON Tweezer station comes with the B·TWEEZERS tool. This has the following features:
- Performs up to 60 SMD rework processes per charge
- Charges in only 45 minutes
- Weighs only 57g, making it ergonomic for periods of SMD rework
Nano Handle
B·IRON NANO comes with the B·NANO tool. This has the following features:
- Performs up to 120 small SMD solder joints per charge
- Power safe mode when capped
- Weighs only 32g – making it perfectly designed for performing precision tasks in comfort.

Cartridge Range
The B·NANO and B·TWEEZERS work with the C115 tip range. This has over 30 different tip shapes, which means there is always the perfect tip for specific soldering demands. This varies from the tiny components to even the most complex of assembly requirements. For the tweezers, please ensure that you select both a left and right side cartridge.
