BCX5M liquid flux contains 5.5% activated flux. This conforms with standard NFC 90550 in RMA class - equivalent J-Std-004-R0L0.

Use Instructions

BCX5M can be used as a foam flux in all types of automatic flow soldering machines. It can alternatively be used in both spray or dipping applications. Unique soldering characteristics of the flux reduces the formation of icicles and help facilitate good capillary rise in plated-through holes.

Ensure preheated temperature after fluxing is between 90 - 100°C, enabling good levels of flux activation.

Residue may remain on the PCB without risk of corrosion or loss of insulation resistance. Remaining residues should be cleaned efficiently to leave no surface film - with the use of alcoholised solvent.

Health & Safety - Use in well-ventilated area

Packaging - Available in 1, 5 and 10 litre containers

Storage - Store at recomended temperature of 20°C for 12 months
