The ALE is programmed to feed the precise amount of solder that you require, making it the perfect station for repetitive soldering work on the production line.
Parameters can easily be configured to your requirements, including the speed and length of the dispensed wire. Solder consumption can also be monitored thanks to the integrated counters on the station.

Continuous - Mode 1
The operator can manually control the amount of solder being fed, all at a constant speed. This is ideal for applications where solder joints require differing amounts of tin.
Discontinuous - Mode 2
Programme the speed and amount of solder that will be automatically dispensed on each click of the handpiece. Perfect where your soldering tasks involve repetitive action.
Program - Mode 3
Up to 5 custom programs, with 3 different steps, making your process more dynamic and efficient. Ideal for tasks requireing pre-tinning/a controlled feed of tin at differing speed.
Solder Wire Perforation
The ALE has small blades in the feeder that perforate the solder wire down to the flux core.
This process caters for better flux flow and outgassing, whilst also avoiding the solder and flux from splashing whilst you solder.
Increased Productivity
The ALE can carry out different soldering tasks within just a few stations, no need to switch the station off. You can easily switch between and reload solder wire, with a max weight capacity of 2kg per reel. Included with the station are all the tools that you would require to change and align the cartridges.
Connectivity & Ease Of Use
Setting up and working with the ALE is simple thanks to its easy to use 7-key keypad. Other JBC devices and accessories can be used with the ALE station to achieve the best soldering results. This includes the FAE Fume Extractors and JBC Pedal.
Intelligent Heat Management
As with all JBC tools, the ALE includes JBCs intelligent heat management system. This includes an extremely quick temperature recovery - reaching 350°C in under 4 seconds. Read more about this heat management system here.
Upgraded Stand
The ALE includes JBC’s new range of upgraded stands. These include a Tip Cleaner with brass wool, aiding in the prevention of oxidation between cleaning and rewetting. Also there is an antisplash membrane to keep your work area clean. You can also store up to 4 cartridges in the stand.
