MR-NH is a non halogen, lead free solder paste from the Almit range. It adds a new dimension to SMT production. Available in Type 4 or Type 5 variations, this paste has a flux class of ROL0.
It provides a both a previously unknown and unique performance for stencil printing, with an excellent printed image.
This paste is suitable even where an area ratio is smaller than 0.6, making it suitable for nearly all stencils. Feel the benefits of the excellent release properties and optimal contour stability.
