LFM-48W NH(IMT) 11.5% - SAC305 Lead Free Solder Paste
Alloy – SAC305 (Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu)
Melting Range – 217-220 °C
The NH-IMT is the L0 all rounder among the Almit solder paste range. It provides excellent flow behaviour with optimal wetting on many different surfaces. This makes it in no way inferior ro an L1 solder paste.
Minimise defects in your SMT process with LFM-48 solder paste. It provides better wetting on unique metals with a wide process window – designed for PIP.
LFM-48W provides good printing on small apertures, with improved interval printing properties.
