P9-10 Solder Paste
Alloy - SAC305
Halogen-Free solder paste is formulated for lead-free surface mount assemblies, requiring excellent defect-free soldering, covering a wide range of applications.
SK P9-10 provides an excellent solder joint appearance, whilst leaving clear and clean post-soldered residue.
This solder paste has been tested to industry standards including J-STD 004B and Bellcore (ECM). Solder paste residues can be considered safe to remain on an assembly when no-clean technology is appropriate to the assembly end-use.
S9-10 also offers an excellent print definition for both fine and ultra-fine pitch printing, with extended tack and open times exceeding 3 days.
Available in both Type 4 & Type 5.
