Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you either a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for the refund your item must:

• Be unused.
• Be in the same condition that it was received.
• Be in the original packaging.
• Must have a goods return number.
• Have a proof of purchase.

There are some items that are exempt from our returns policy and these include: hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We ask that you please do not send back your item to the manufacturer.

There are also occasions where only a partial refund can be granted: (if applicable)
