How do I return an item to Kaisertech?

If you need to return a product to us, you should contact our team using the email: [email protected].

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs of the item you wish to return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you have exchanged an item, the time it takes for the new product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

We strongly recommend that if you are shipping an item with a value of over £100.00, that you use a trackable shipping service. Either this or purchase shipping insurance. As this will be reliant on third party shipping, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item, so this will help to keep you protected should anything get lost in transit.
